Goa Shipyard Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL), a Government of India Undertaking, has announced a notification for the engagement of Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Graduate (General Stream) Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act, 1961. There are 50 vacancies available in various engineering and general disciplines. Candidates with the qualification of Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Com / B.A. / B.Sc. are eligible to apply for the respective apprentice posts. Interested and eligible candidates can submit the prescribed application form on or before 15 July 2026. Stipend:

• Graduate Apprentice – ₹12,300 per month
• Technician Apprentice – ₹10,900 per month
• Graduate (General Stream) Apprentice – ₹12,300 per month (1st Year), ₹13,530 per month (2nd Year)

Qualification:

Graduate Apprentice:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, IT Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Technician Apprentice:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or IT/Computer Engineering.

Graduate (General Stream) Apprentice:

• B.Com, B.A. or B.Sc.

Note:

• Candidates who passed the qualifying examination in 2024, 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training in the same discipline are not eligible.

How to Apply:

Interested and eligible candidates should submit the prescribed application form along with self-attested copies of the required documents and a recent passport-size photograph.
