RRI Recruitment 2026: Raman Research Institute (RRI), an autonomous institute under the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, has announced a notification for the recruitment of Engineer C, Engineer B, Engineering Assistant C and Tradesman A posts through Direct Recruitment. There are 22 vacancies available in various engineering disciplines and ITI trades. Candidates with the qualification of ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / M.Tech are eligible to apply for the respective posts.   • Tradesman A – Fitter/Turner/Machinist: ITI in Fitter / Turner / Machinist.
  • Engineering Assistant C – Electronics: Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
  • Engineering Assistant C – Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Engineering Assistant C – IT: Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Engineering Assistant C – Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Engineering Assistant C – Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Engineer C – Electronics: M.Sc or Engineering degree in Electronics with first class & three years’ of relevant experience / M.Tech Degree in Electronics with First class marks.
  • Engineer B – Electronics: M.Sc. or Engineering degree in Electronics with first class.
  • Engineer B – Mechanical: M.Sc. or Mechanical Engineering with first class.
  • Engineer B – Instrumentation: M.Sc. or Engineering degree in Instrumentation with first class.
