• In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹20,250 per month (including leave benefits and performance bonus)

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma (Passing Out in 2026)
• Experience: Freshers Only
• Minimum Age: 18 Years

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a complete fresher.
• Should not have worked in any company earlier.
• No previous PF/ESI deduction.
• Should not have been registered under NATS with any other organization.

Career Growth Path:

• 1st Year – NATS Apprentice
• 2nd Year – DET-2
• 3rd Year – DET-3
• 4th Year – Junior Engineer

All promotions are performance-based.
