Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 10 Years
Role & Responsibilties:
- Execution of works according to the design and drawings.
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for all structures based on site conditions and drawings.
- Coordinate with various teams including design, manufacturing, construction and maintenance team to ensure project goals are met.
- Execution of all activity of building works like start to finishing.
- Responsible for report to Project Manager for the Arrangement of work.
- Responsible for planning and monitoring of work progress on site.
- Coordination with consultants and the sub-contractors for technical, quality and progress.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members.
- Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
- Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site.
- Calculate material usage, manpower requirement and estimate delivery date to achieve progress target.
- Handling paper works and maintaining good administrative record, prepare site progress report.
- Check and inform consultants of any errors or discrepancies in the construction drawings.
