02 Company’s Campus Placement 2026: Hindalco Industries Limited and Bhrigu Precision Engineering are conducting a Campus Placement Drive for NAPS Trainee and CNC/Machine Operating opportunities. Candidates with 10th, 12th, ITI, or Graduation qualifications are eligible to participate as per company requirements. The Campus Placement Drive will be held on 31 July 2026. Positions: NAPS Trainee (Apprenticeship), CNC/Machine Operator

Job Location: Renukoot, Uttar Pradesh & Patiala, Punjab

Salary:

Hindalco Industries – NAPS Trainee:

  • ₹12,500/- per month (₹11,000/- Company Contribution + ₹1,500/- NAPS Contribution)

Bhrigu Precision Engineering:

  • 10th/12th: ₹18,000/- In-Hand per month
  • ITI/Graduation: ₹19,000/- In-Hand per month (26 Days/12 Hours)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Hindalco Qualification: ITI Pass in Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Welder, Turner, Machinist (2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 Passout)
  • Bhrigu Precision Engineering Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Graduation
  • Experience: Freshers can apply

Age Limit:

  • Hindalco: 18 to 29 Years
  • Bhrigu Precision Engineering: 18 to 35 Years
