• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Job Description:

Technical Skills:

• Candidate should have worked in Production Functions with exposure to Labour Handling, Shop Floor Planning, and achieving production targets as per plan.
• Good knowledge of Fabrication Processes.
• Ability to read Engineering Drawings correctly.
• Good interpersonal skills to handle shift operations in the production shop.
• Exposure in assembly of fabricated components is desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Systematic and methodical working approach.
• Experience in dealing with labours.
• Knowledge of KANBAN System and 5S Practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to SAP will be preferred.

Administrative Skills:

• Ability to guide and supervise contract labour to achieve maximum productivity without compromising Quality and Safety.
• Motivate workmen to adopt safe work practices.
• Candidates should be ready to work in shift operations.
