Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production processes for safe and efficient plant operations.
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Utility teams.
- Ensure compliance with EHS & GMP policies.
- Maintain accurate shift logs and reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting and process improvement.
