IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division – Northern Region has released an official notification for the engagement of Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, Graduate Apprentice, Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator) and Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator – Skill Certificate Holders) under the Apprentices Act, 1961. There are 433 vacancies available across various ITI, Diploma, Graduate and Data Entry Operator disciplines. Candidates with 10th Pass + ITI, 12th Pass, Diploma and Graduate qualifications are eligible to apply. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 07 August 2026 to 06 September 2026. Positions: Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, Graduate Apprentice, Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator), Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator – Skill Certificate Holders)

Job Location: Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand

Salary:

• Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
• In addition, ₹2,500/- per month will be paid by IOCL towards miscellaneous expenses.

Qualification & Experience:

Trade Apprentice (ITI):

• Qualification: 10th Pass with full-time 2-year ITI in Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic or Machinist recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Technician Apprentice:

• Qualification: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics or Electronics Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Graduate Apprentice:

• Qualification: Full-time Graduate in B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. or B.B.A. with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator – Fresher):

• Qualification: 12th Pass (Below Graduate).

Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator – Skill Certificate Holders):

• Qualification: 12th Pass (Below Graduate) with Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate recognized under NSQF.

Note: Candidates with one year or more of post-qualification work experience are not eligible. Candidates who passed the qualifying examination more than five years before 31 August 2026 are also not eligible.

Total Vacancies: 433 Posts

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age – 18 Years
• Maximum Age – 24 Years (as on 31 August 2026)
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.

Selection Process:

• Merit List based on qualifying examination marks
• Document Verification
• Pre-Engagement Medical Examination
