Mahindra & Mahindra Campus Placement 2026: Mahindra & Mahindra, Haridwar is conducting a Campus Placement Drive for ITI pass candidates for FTC and Apprentice opportunities. Candidates from the 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 batches can apply. Both male and female candidates are eligible as per the trade requirements. A total of 100 candidates will be selected. The campus placement drive will be held on 20 August 2026. Interested and eligible candidates are advised to attend the campus placement along with all the required documents.

Job Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Salary / Stipend:

  • ITI Apprentice: ₹15,100/- per month
  • ITI FTC: ₹20,622/- CTC per month (Approx. ₹15,968/- in-hand)

Qualification:

  • ITI Pass – Technical Trades: Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Wireman, Electronics Mechanic, MMV, Welder, Sheet Metal, PPO, EPD, Instrument Mechanic, MCE, Draughtsman (Mechanical), Diesel Mechanic, Tractor Mechanic, RAC and other technical trades.
  • ITI Pass – Non-Technical Trades: Stenographer, COPA, Office Assistant, Housekeeping, Store Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Sewing Technology, Dress Making, Cosmetology and other non-technical trades. Non-technical trades are applicable for female candidates.
  • Passing Year: 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026

Age Limit: 18 to 26 Years
