4 Companies Campus Placement 2026: Government ITI Farrukhabad is organizing a Campus Placement Drive for ITI and other eligible candidates for job and apprenticeship opportunities in four reputed companies. The participating companies include Bansal Steel & Power Limited, Krishna Maruti Limited, Mahle Anand Filter Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Ananda Limited. Interested and eligible candidates are advised to attend the campus placement along with all the required documents.

Positions: NAPS Apprentice Trainee, Student Trainee, Apprentice Trainee

Job Location: Haryana, Gujarat, Gurugram, Uttar Pradesh

Salary:

• Bansal Steel & Power Limited: ₹13,800/- monthly stipend + ₹1,500/- DBT + ₹800/- attendance bonus + ₹650/- room allowance. Total approximately ₹16,750/- per month for 8-hour duty.
• Krishna Maruti Limited: ₹16,000/- per month for 8-hour duty + ₹2,000/- attendance bonus. Total monthly income approximately ₹18,000/-.
• Mahle Anand Filter Systems Pvt. Ltd.: ₹17,300/- + ₹1,500/- DBT per month.
• Ananda Limited: ₹12,500/- per month stipend.

Qualification:

Bansal Steel & Power Limited:

• ITI Pass (All ITI Trades)

Krishna Maruti Limited:

• 8th Pass, 10th Pass, 12th Pass and ITI Pass (All Engineering Trades)

Mahle Anand Filter Systems Pvt. Ltd.:

• ITI Pass (All ITI Trades)

4. Ananda Limited:

• ITI in Electrician, Electronics Mechanic

Age Limit:

• Bansal Steel & Power: 18–26 Years
• Krishna Maruti: 18–30 Years
• Mahle Anand Filter Systems: 18–22 Years
• Ananda Limited: 18–28 Years

Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply for most positions. Specific gender requirements may vary by company.
