Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of wiring harness and shop-floor activities
- Kaizen implementation and resource planning
- Inventory management and WIP management
- New project development
- Time study and line balancing
- Preparation of production, rejection and first-piece approval reports
- Scrap note preparation and rejection analysis
- Study of time and motion for process optimization
- Planning daily activities and production schedules
- Reviewing resource requirements and allocating work.
