Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 9 Years
- Preferred Experience: JJM / Water Supply / Pipeline / Infrastructure Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client and contractor billing for JJM and water supply projects.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, measurements and rate analysis.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills and final bills.
- Manage quantity reconciliation, variations and extra items.
- Coordinate with Client, Contractor, Execution and Planning teams.
- Ensure accurate billing documentation and timely submission of bills.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in JJM, Water Supply, Pipeline or Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of client billing, contractor billing, estimation and quantity surveying.
- Good understanding of BOQ, specifications and contract conditions.
- Candidates with relevant JJM / Water Supply project experience will be preferred.
