RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd.), a Government of India Undertaking and Navratna Company, has released an official notification for the engagement of Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Trade Apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961. There are 326 vacancies available across various disciplines and trades at Trombay, Mumbai and Thal, Raigad. Candidates with Graduate, Diploma, B.Sc. and 12th Pass qualifications are eligible to apply as per the respective discipline/trade. Salary:

  • Accounts Executive, Secretarial Assistant, Recruitment Executive (HR) – ₹17,300/- per month
  • Diploma ₹15,900/- per month
  • Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) – ₹17,300/- per month
  • Boiler Attendant, Electrician, Horticulture Assistant, Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology) – ₹14,600/- per month

Qualification:

Technician Apprentice:

  • Qualification: Diploma in Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.

Graduate Apprentice:

  • Accounts Executive: B.Com, BBA or Graduation with Economics.
  • Secretarial Assistant: Any Graduate.
  • Recruitment Executive (HR): Any Graduate.

Trade Apprentice:

  • Qualification: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, 12th Pass with Science or equivalent, as applicable to the respective trade.
  • Eligible Trades: Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant), Boiler Attendant, Electrician, Horticulture Assistant, Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology).

Age Limit (as on 01 September 2026):

  • Minimum Age – 18 Years
  • Maximum Age – 25 Years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST candidates – 5 Years
  • OBC candidates – 3 Years
  • PwBD candidates – 10 Years
  • Children/Family Members of victims of 1984 riots – 5 Years

Note:

  • The prescribed qualification must be obtained through a regular full-time course from a recognized University/Institute.
  • The qualifying examination must have been passed on or after 01 July 2023.
  • Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training, have one year or more job experience, or are pursuing higher studies are not eligible.
  • Candidates can apply for only one discipline/trade or area of training.

Selection Process:

  • Merit List
  • Document Verification
  • Apprenticeship Contract Approval
  • Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed educational qualification. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification.

How to Apply:

Interested and eligible candidates should first register on the NAPS Portal for Trade Apprentices or the NATS Portal for Technician/Graduate Apprentices. After registration, candidates should visit the RCF website, go to Recruitment → Engagement of Apprentices 2026-27, and complete the online application process.
