Position – KILN OPERATOR
Job Location – PATIDAD, GONDAL NR. Rajkot ,Gujarat
Qualification & Experience –
- ITI/Diploma (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience in kiln operation in a cement plant.
- Good understanding of pyro process, refractory safety, and kiln trouble-shooting.
Job Description –
- Operate and monitor kiln, preheater, and cooler for stable and efficient pyro process.
- Maintain required temperature, draft, and fuel parameters.
- Observe and respond to process variations and alarms.
- Assist in achieving targeted clinker quality and production.
- Coordinate with CCR, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth kiln operation.
