Net Take-Home Salary: ₹14,000 per month
Attendance Bonus: ₹800 – ₹1,200 per month
PF + ESIC + Gratuity
Qualification Required:
ITI – Welder / Turner / Mechanical / Machine Operator / Electrician / Fitter
BA / Normal Graduation (Freshers welcome)
Experience:
Freshers can apply (ITI / Graduates)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines such as mixing units, calendaring equipment, tyre building machines, and curing presses
- Assist senior operators in production activities
- Loading raw materials and unloading finished products
- Basic quality inspection and defect reporting
- Basic machine cleaning and lubrication
- Support troubleshooting of minor machine/process issues
- Maintain production and material usage records
- Ensure housekeeping and workplace safety
Physical Criteria:
Minimum Height: 5.5 feet
Weight: 50 – 90 kg
Other Requirements:
- Ability to understand technical instructions
- Physically fit for factory work
- Team-oriented with discipline
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
