• Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Production (PCR):

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E.
• Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Manager – Production (PCR):

• Qualification: B.E. in Relevant Disciplines
• Experience: 15 to 20+ Years

Job Description:

Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Electrical Maintenance:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
• Maintain drives, motors, switchgear, and plant utilities.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.

Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance:

• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures.
• Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Production (PCR):

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Passenger Car Radial (PCR) tyre manufacturing.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Minimize production losses and ensure safe shop-floor operations.

Manager – Production (PCR):

• Mandatory: Strong experience in PCR tyre manufacturing.
• Lead production operations and improve productivity.
• Drive quality, cost optimization, manpower development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
