Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Experience: Up to 3 years of experience as field executive in site operations.

Job Description:

Operations & Maintenance:

• Perform operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.
• Follow all policies, SOPs, and work instructions during shift operations.
• Identify equipment abnormalities using the Look, Listen & Feel (LLF) approach and report issues.
• Monitor field equipment as per SOPs, SOCs, and checklists while maintaining HSEF compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Perform equipment handover and takeover following PTW/LOTO procedures.
• Collect field samples for laboratory testing and perform gas testing using portable instruments.
• Maintain shift logs, inventory records, and operational documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, hazardous material handling, waste segregation, and fire & safety equipment upkeep.
• Act as a first responder during emergencies and support the Auxiliary Fire Squad.
• Monitor rotary machine seal systems, compressor lubrication systems, LO/LC valve status, and field instruments.

Safety & Risk Assessment:

• Participate in risk assessments, job handovers, and toolbox talks.
• Execute activities following safety procedures to minimize incidents and process failures.
• Report near-miss incidents and support preventive actions.
• Follow IMS, ISO, TQM, OMS, PSM, QCC, 5S, LOTO, N2 gas safety, and line break procedures.
