AAI NER Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Airports Authority of India (AAI), North Eastern Region (NER) has announced a notification for the engagement of Graduate Apprentice, Diploma Apprentice and ITI Trade Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2026-27. There are 95 vacancies available in various engineering disciplines and ITI trades. Candidates with the qualification of ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech are eligible to apply for the respective apprentice posts. Job Location: Assam, Tripura, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh
Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice – ₹15,000 per month
- Diploma Apprentice – ₹12,000 per month
- ITI Trade Apprentice – ₹9,600 per month
Qualification:
Graduate Apprentice:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Diploma Apprentice:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
ITI Trade Apprentice:
- ITI (NCVT) in Fitter, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) and Electrician.
Note:
- Candidates who passed Graduate / Diploma in 2024 or later are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training or have one year or more job experience after obtaining the prescribed qualification are not eligible.
- Only candidates belonging to the North Eastern Region are eligible to apply.
