Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial & Production Engineering
- Experience: 1–6 Years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Inspection of raw materials, fabrication, welding, and painting activities
- Stage-wise quality inspection as per drawings and standards
- Dimensional inspection of fabricated structures
- Welding inspection and coordination for NDT activities
- Preparation of QC reports, NCRs, and inspection records
- Final inspection before dispatch
- Coordination with Production, Design, and Client Inspection teams
- Ensure compliance with IS, ASTM, and AWS standards
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of fabrication (Preferred)
- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Knowledge of welding inspection and quality standards
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection tools
- Basic knowledge of NDT methods
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation
