BEML Limited Apprentice Recruitment 2026: BEML Limited, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has released an apprenticeship notification for eligible candidates under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The company is offering one-year apprenticeship training across various trades at its Bangalore, Mysore, KGF and Palakkad complexes. A total of 1,346 apprenticeship training slots are notified across different locations and categories. Stipend:
- Graduate (Technical) Apprentice: ₹12,300/- per month
- Graduate (General) Apprentice: ₹12,300/- per month
- Diploma Apprentice: ₹10,900/- per month
- ITI Apprentice: ₹9,600/- or ₹10,560/- per month, depending on the trade.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate Apprentice (Technical):
- Candidates should have a full-time 4-year engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Automobile, Information Science, E&T, AI & ML, Aeronautical or related eligible branches.
Graduate Apprentice (General):
- Candidates with a 3-year full-time degree such as B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA or BBA (HR) can apply.
Diploma Apprentice:
- Candidates should possess a 3-year full-time Diploma in eligible disciplines including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Automobile, Instrumentation and related branches.
ITI Apprentice:
- Candidates with full-time ITI qualifications in trades including Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, COPA, Mechanic Diesel, Carpenter, Tool & Die Making, Sheet Metal Worker, Plumber, MMV, Electronic Mechanic and other notified trades are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have passed the required qualification within three years from the closing date of application. Candidates awaiting final examination results, candidates below 17 years of age, and candidates who have undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training in any organisation are not eligible. Qualifications obtained through part-time, correspondence, distance or online modes are not eligible.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens and should have an active Aadhaar-seeded, DBT-enabled bank account. Applicants can submit only one application for one particular trade at one particular location.
Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on merit, prepared according to the percentage of marks obtained in the final qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. There is no written examination or interview for the apprenticeship applicants.
