Job Location: Naraspura Industrial Area, District Kolar, Karnataka – 563133

Salary:

  • Total Gross Salary: ₹18,252/- per month
  • FTE Salary: ₹21,000/- CTC
  • OT Rate: ₹166 per hour
  • Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per shift
  • Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/-
  • Yearly Bonus: ₹14,920/-
  • Leave Encashment: ₹15,787/-
  • Diwali Cash Gift: ₹2,700/-
  • Variable Pay (Yearly): ₹5,500/-

Qualification: ITI Pass (All Trades Eligible)
