IOCL Panipat Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex has released a notification for the engagement of Trade Apprentice and Technician Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. There are 1,450 vacancies available in various trades and disciplines. Candidates with the qualification of 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.A / B.Com are eligible to apply for the respective apprentice posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 14 July 2026 to 12 August 2026. - 12th Pass
- ITI in Fitter
- B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry)
- B.A / B.Sc / B.Com
- B.Com
- 12th Pass with Skill Certificate in Domestic Data Entry Operator
Technician Apprentice:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Note:
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD in reserved seats).
- Candidates possessing B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, LLB or equivalent higher qualifications are not eligible.
- Candidates who passed the qualifying examination more than five years ago are not eligible.

Interested and eligible candidates should first register on the NAPS Portal (for Trade Apprentice) or NATS Portal (for Technician Apprentice). After applying for the relevant apprenticeship opportunity, candidates must also submit the required details through the Microsoft Form available on the IOCL website. Both Step I (NAPS/NATS Registration & Application) and Step II (Microsoft Form Submission) are mandatory and must be completed before 12 August 2026.
