Naini Aerospace Limited Recruitment 2026: Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), has announced a notification for the recruitment of Operator SS and Junior Assistant posts on a Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis. There are 28 vacancies available for various disciplines. Candidates with the qualification of 10th Pass + ITI / B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / BBA / BA / BSW are eligible to apply for the respective posts. Salary:

• Operator SS – Approx. CTC ₹4.56 Lakh per annum
• Junior Assistant – Approx. CTC ₹4.96 Lakh per annum

Qualification:

Operator SS (Electronics Mechanic):

• 10th Pass + 2 Year Regular Full-Time ITI (NTC) in Electronics Mechanic.

Operator SS (Fitter):

• 10th Pass + 2 Year Regular Full-Time ITI (NTC) in Fitter.

Operator SS (Electrician):

• 10th Pass + 2 Year Regular Full-Time ITI (NTC) in Electrician.

Junior Assistant (IMM):

• B.Com / B.Sc with Proficiency Certificate in Computer (Minimum 6 Months) or BCA.

Junior Assistant (HR):

• BA / B.Sc / BBA / BSW with Proficiency Certificate in Typing, Stenography or Computer (Minimum 6 Months).

Junior Assistant (Finance):

• B.Com / BBA with Proficiency Certificate in Computer (Minimum 6 Months).

Junior Assistant (IT):

BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT).

Note: Candidates having 1 year of relevant experience will be given preference for Junior Assistant posts.
