NPCIL Recruitment 2026: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Category-II Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/TN) posts at Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP). A total of 255 vacancies are available for ITI and 12th pass candidates. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 08 June 2026 to 29 June 2026. Post Name: Category-II Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/TN)

Job Location: Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project, Tamil Nadu

Stipend:

  • First Year – ₹20,000 per month
  • Second Year – ₹22,000 per month
  • Book Allowance – ₹3,000 One Time
  • After successful completion of training, candidates may be appointed as Technician/B with Pay Level-3 and approximate monthly salary of ₹34,720.

Qualification:

For Plant Operator:

  • 12th (HSC/ISC) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50% marks.

For Other Trades:

  • 10th Pass with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually along with 2 Years ITI in relevant trade.
  • Candidates should have studied English at least at SSC level.

  • Electronics Mechanic – 15
  • Instrumentation Mechanic – 15
  • Electrician – 47
  • Fitter – 30
  • Turner – 05
  • Machinist – 05

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age – 18 Years
  • Maximum Age – 24 Years
  • Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules.
