NPCIL Recruitment 2026: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP) has released a notification for the recruitment of Stipendiary Trainees/Technicians (ST/TN) posts in various disciplines. There are 255 vacancies available for Plant Operator and Technician posts. Candidates with the qualification of 12th (Science) / ITI are eligible to apply. Organization Name: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL)

Positions: Stipendiary Trainee, Technician

Job Location: Tamil Nadu

Stipend:

  • First Year: ₹20,000 per month
  • Second Year: ₹22,000 per month
  • Book Allowance: One-time ₹3,000
  • After Successful Training:
  • Technician-B (Level-3)
  • Basic Pay: ₹21,700 + applicable allowances.

Qualification:

Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Plant Operator):

  • 12th (10+2) / ISC with Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Stipendiary Trainee/Technician:

  • SSC (10th) with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually + ITI in Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Machinist or Welder.

Note:

  • For trades having 1-year ITI, candidates must possess 1 year of relevant work experience after completing the course.
  • English should have been studied as a subject at least up to 10th Standard.
