Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: ITI (Electrician or related trade) preferred / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline
- Experience: Freshers with knowledge of Solar Inverters and PCUs can apply; 6 months to 1 year of relevant field servicing experience is also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, test, and service Solar Inverters, PCUs, and UPS systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in coordination with the engineering team.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections to ensure reliable system performance.
- Support customers and local technicians with operational guidance and maintenance practices.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, logs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, spare parts, and service follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all field activities.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
