Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Automobile Engineering, or any other Technical Degree
- Experience: 3 to 8 Years (Casting / LPDC Process)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and run LPDC operations and processes.
- Handle die setup, changeover, and process parameter control.
- Manage tools, resources, and manpower.
- Ensure OEE, productivity, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
- Support process improvement, product improvement, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and 5S practices.
