Candidates with 12th Pass, ITI Pass, or Diploma qualifications are eligible to participate. Salary:

• 1st Year: ₹17,350/- per month
• 2nd Year: ₹18,420/- per month
• 3rd Year: ₹18,920/- per month
• Additional Benefits: ₹1,500 Attendance Allowance + ₹1,000 Retention Bonus (as per company policy)
• After Training: Annual Salary ₹3.5 Lakh or more

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: 12th Pass, ITI Pass or Diploma Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
