Tata Motors Campus Placement 2026: Tata Motors are conducting a Mega Campus Drive for the Learn and Earn Program for candidates at the Sanand Plant, Gujarat. The program requires 800+ candidates. Candidates who have completed 12th Pass or ITI in a 2-year technical trade and meet the required age and marks criteria can participate in the recruitment drive. The campus placement drive will be held on 13 August 2026. Interested and eligible candidates are advised to attend the campus placement along with all the required documents.

• Stipend: ₹17,149/- per month
• Stipend includes Basic + DBT + Allowance
• Retention Reward: ₹12,000/-
• Retention reward will be disbursed in two parts yearly
• Diploma fee will be paid by the organization

Qualification & Experience:

For 12th Pass Candidates:

• Qualification: 12th Pass
• Program Duration: 3 Years Diploma in Mechatronics
• Experience: Freshers eligible

For ITI Candidates:

• Qualification: ITI Pass in 2-Year Technical Trade
• Program Duration: 2 Years Diploma in Mechatronics through Lateral Entry
• Experience: Freshers eligible

Age Limit: 18 to 23 Years

Marks: Minimum 45% passing marks in any class
