Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Experience: Freshers (0 Years)

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2025 or 2026 Diploma Passout
• Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Diploma
• No active backlogs

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day lithium-ion battery production line operations.
• Learn different stages of battery manufacturing, including cell assembly, module assembly, and pack assembly.
• Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision.
• Perform quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and quality issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting and basic maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement and quality improvement projects.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other production-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
