Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and dispatch teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain production and quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
- Assist in minimizing production losses and improving operational efficiency.
- Support inventory monitoring of raw materials and finished goods.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
