Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in civil maintenance or construction, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects.
• Prepare estimates, BOQs, and project reports.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Preferred).
• Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
• Strong communication and contractor management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Good planning, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in industrial civil maintenance.
• Knowledge of machine foundations and utility services.
• Ability to handle multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely execution.
